Etowah County Rotarians are visiting local elementary and middle schools to present students with the Rotary Award, which is given annually to a student that has shown outstanding achievement in Scholarship, Leadership, Citizenship, and Character for 2023. These students have all been nominated and chosen by the individual schools’ faculty!
